Pelvic Floor Therapy
Pelvic floor therapy addresses a wide range of women's health conditions including bowel/bladder concerns, abdominal pain, diastasis recti recovery, scar tissue management, pelvic pain conditions (interstitial cystitis, endometriosis), and pelvic organ prolapse. A holistic approach is utilized including functional dry needling, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and Hypopressive Technique®.
Functional Dry Needling

The Hypopressive technique creates an involuntary contraction of the pelvic floor and core muscles. It is very effective at improving bladder leakage and prolapse symptoms as decreasing the waistline circumference. It also improves posture, sexual function, athletic performance, and respiratory function.
